Garry Dircks 
Substantial experience in senior union roles before establishing Just Relations Consultants in 1998. 15 years experience in unfair dismissals and involvement in over 100 EBA's (in either side of table or as a facilitator) makes Garry one of the most experienced industrial relations consultants available to business.
Substantial post grad qualifications in business in industrial relations, and a part time involvement in teaching management and industrial relations subjects at a tertiary level means that the practical skills and experience are complemented by relevant theoretical understanding.
Alan Dircks 
Over ten years involvement with Industrial Relations combined with extensive IR experience, teaching in Industrial Relations and Management. Alan is qualified mediator, member of VADR and Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators. He also has an MBA from LaTrobe.
